How We Work
A simple, transparent process from enquiry to installation.
1. Start a conversation
Simply click and add your details
It’s usually helpful to speak to your installer or engineer first to confirm the technical direction.
When you’re ready, you or your installer can drop us your details or give us a call.
2. Funding suitability (in principle)
This early indication allows the project to progress without delay, before time is spent on detailed figures, specification, or pricing.
If funding is not suitable, we’ll say so.
3. Confirming scope and specification
Where funding is appropriate, we work directly with your chosen installer or engineer to confirm:
expected savings
specification
fixed installation pricing
Your involvement is kept proportionate, allowing you to review and approve, rather than manage the detail.
4. Funding approval and allocation
Once the proposal is agreed, funding is approved and allocated against the project.
- No capital outlay is required.
- Your bottom line remains the same.
At this point, the project is ready to proceed.
5. Installation and commissioning
We step back during installation, remaining available if needed while allowing the contractor to deliver the work as normal. Your installer delivers the system as specified and in line with the agreed programme.
6. Ongoing outcome
During the funding period, costs remain flat.
Afterwards, the ongoing benefits of the installation are retained.
Working with your installers and suppliers
We work with most recognised power factor correction installers and equipment manufacturers. Where a project already has an installer, we support them directly.
Where surveys or additional suppliers are required, we can help organise these. If a preferred installer or manufacturer is not already approved, they can be onboarded quickly so the project is not delayed.
What this approach delivers
This process is designed to remove friction for everyone involved.
No capital expenditure
Projects proceed without competing for budget or delaying approval.
Clean, efficient approvals
Funding is structured around confirmed figures and fits within existing procurement and governance frameworks.
Installer-led delivery
Installers focus on design and installation while funding and commercial structure are handled separately.
Predictable, controlled costs
Costs are fixed, transparent, and aligned with the performance of the installation.
Minimal client involvement
Once figures are agreed, the process moves forward with limited demand on your time.
The objective is simple:
Deliver a technically sound project without unnecessary delay or distraction.
