Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy
1. Purpose
Power Factor Wizard is committed to conducting business in an honest, transparent, and ethical manner. We take a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption and are dedicated to acting professionally, fairly, and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships. This policy outlines our responsibilities in observing and upholding our position on bribery and corruption, in accordance with the Bribery Act 2010 (UK).
2. Scope
This policy applies to all persons working for or on behalf of Power Factor Wizard, including employees, contractors, suppliers, agents, introducers, and any other third parties acting on our behalf.
3. Definition of Bribery
Bribery is the offering, promising, giving, accepting, or soliciting of an advantage as an inducement for an action that is illegal, unethical, or a breach of trust.
Bribes can take the form of:

4. Policy Statement

We will not tolerate any form of bribery or corruption, whether directly or indirectly, and regardless of whether the activity occurs in the UK or overseas.

All business decisions must be made impartially and in the best interests of the company and its clients.

Gifts and hospitality must always be reasonable, proportionate, and clearly recorded.
5. Responsibilities
All staff, contractors, and introducers are responsible for reading, understanding, and complying with this policy. Any concerns or suspicions of bribery or corruption must be reported immediately to management. Management will investigate all reports promptly and confidentially and take appropriate action.
6. Record-Keeping
Power Factor Wizard keeps accurate and transparent records of all financial transactions and business relationships to demonstrate compliance with this policy.
7. Training and Communication
This policy will be communicated to all relevant parties and reviewed periodically to ensure continued effectiveness and compliance with applicable legislation.
8. Breaches of Policy
Any breach of this policy will be treated seriously and may result in disciplinary action, termination of contracts, or reporting to relevant authorities.
